IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT) will report its financial and operational results for the second quarter of its fiscal year 2016 on Thursday, March 3, 2016 after market close.
The second quarter (the three months ended January 31, 2016) earnings release will be filed on a Form 8-K and posted on the IDT investor relations website (www.idt.net/ir) at approximately 4:30 PM ET on March 3rd.
IDT will host an earnings conference call beginning at 5:30 PM ET with management’s discussion of results, outlook and strategy followed by Q&A with investors.
