NEWARK, NJ–(Marketwired – March 02, 2015) – IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT) will report its financial and operational results for the second quarter of its fiscal year 2015 on Monday, March 9, 2015 after market close.
The second quarter (the three months ended January 31, 2015) earnings release will be filed on a Form 8-K and posted on the investor relations page of the IDT website (www.idt.net/about/ir) at approximately 4:30 PM ET. As in prior quarters, the earnings release will not be issued over a wire service.
IDT will host an earnings conference call beginning at 5:30 PM ET with management’s discussion of results, outlook and strategy followed by Q&A with investors.
