Former Sec. Kemp Served as Director of IDT Corporation
IDT Corporation joins the Nation in mourning the passing of the
Honorable Jack Kemp. Secretary Kemp was a former Board member of various
IDT subsidiaries, and served as member of IDT Corporation’s Board of
Directors from 2003 to 2006. Secretary Kemp was also a close personal
friend of both IDT’s Chairman, Howard Jonas, and CEO, Jim Courter. Jack
Kemp and Jim Courter served together as members of Congress.

condolences to his wife, Joanne and their children,” said Jim Courter,
IDT’s Vice Chairman and CEO. “Jack Kemp was a good man, a good friend,
and a true patriot. I particularly admire Jack’s tenacious fight to

depends on a dynamic and prosperous private sector. That understanding
led him to fight tirelessly for lower taxes and limited government.”
